This scarf is inspired by sculptural motifs seen in columns of Indian temples. As a repeat pattern, we have kept it simple and bold, giving an impressionistic version for a decorative effect on fabric. A combination of florals and leaves in block print style, this is our digital printed version in teal blue. A cool scarf that makes an elegant statement! Just in time for autumn... our floral tartan scarf comes in a riot of colours! Warm and sunny to cheer up the days ahead! We made this scarf to test the range of colours with digital printing... so yes, this scarf has the whole spectrum of colours that autumn can offer! And, the natural fabric is like second skin to cozy up to in the chill! We think the colourful scarf is a great complement to a vibrant personality. And don't miss our version of the proper south Indian earring, jimikki kammal, the little umbrella of happy dance that jingles and adds much joy to the wearer!

Tropical orange and blue square scarf

This tropical orange and cerulean blue geometric scarf is all ready and finished now! A contemporary Indian design with hexagonal patterns simulated in ikat style, combined with hand-drawn triangles and circles, this is printed on soft natural fabric. The process of making this using our hand-drawn doodles and digitally designed drawings, has pushed us outside our comfort zone in combining the two – and the surprise for us was the resultant complementary colours – the bold use of orange and blue! Staying true to a country like India – hot & cold, sweet & spice, traditional & modern, and all that and much more!

So, we are happy to present here, a perfect opportunity to make a style statement with just a scarf!

Blue birds square scarf

Waking up to chirpy bird-songs one morning, we made this scarf as an ode to all the cheer and liveliness that can start a day with fun and music!

We enjoyed making this scarf from our initial drawings, creating a seamless pattern tile for print, and choosing a lovely soft fabric for the finish. A set of matching jewellery, all hand drawn and machine crafted, makes this a dream to wear. These blue birds have sprouted wings now, and are all ready to fly away and drape an admirer!

This scarf is ready for a colourful day out! Printed on soft fabric, the design is from our original hand painted watercolour, drawn with playful freehand geometric motifs – making it a happy-go-lucky accessory for a stylish day out. We even custom-created matching jewellery that take off from the scarf’s motifs! These delicate laser cut light-weight pendant and earrings, complement the scarf for a complete look. Making this scarf was a month long process… test printing, colour matching, fabric sampling, and hand finishing for this final result. And, only one piece is available.
